Round table “The Future of Real Estate: Trends & Beyond”, organised by the Agedi Group. Beaulieu-sur-Mer (France), September 14th, 2022

On 14 September 2022 in Beaulieu-sur-Mer (France) Massimo Cimatti had the honor of moderating the conference The Future of Real Estate: Trends & Beyond organized by Agedi.
Professor Giovanni Ferri, Professor of Economics at the LUMSA University of Rome, Christian De Kerangal, Director General of the Institut de l’Épargne Immobilière et Foncière, and economist Renato Loiero, Parliamentary Councillor of the Senate of the Republic, looked beyond the bare bones of uncertainty of the current historical and global context.

The pandemic, the war in Ukraine and the ensuing energy crisis, inflation and rising interest rates on mortgages are posing a huge challenge to humanity as a whole.
Talking about real estate means first and foremost talking about macroeconomics and geopolitics, access to basic needs and hope for the future.

The Future of Real Estate: Trends & Beyond

Overcoming the current world situation will require a drive towards a peace worth living in. A peace full of love and beauty like the songs of Noa who, accompanied by Gil Dor, closed the day of reflection with an intimate and much appreciated concert.
